Paws for Change
Annie Leo who is passionate about animal welfare and rescue dog founded Paws for Change in 2019
Paws For Change is a registered Australian charity dedicated to improving the lives of animals and the community on both a local and global scale.
They work locally with disability employment providers in the manufacture and packaging of many of their products, thereby ensuring meaningful employment for people living with disability.
They also employ local Balinese in various roles, ensuring quality jobs for the local community and support for their families.
Their products are eco-driven and all are meticulously designed in Australia with the majority also locally made. They aim for quality over mass produced quantity — AND 100% of their proceeds are directly channeled back to where they’re needed most… our animal rescue projects

Bali Rescue Dog Squad
Founder Alison Gray first started rescuing dogs in March 2014. She had only moved to Bali three months prior to her first rescue & had adopted a dog from a well established shelter for companionship.

BRDS believes in working with people to achieve a better lifestyle between canines & humans. There are currently 4 safe houses & 2 sanctuaries, one special needs & Reacuetopia for special needs dogs that can protect up to 120 dogs at any given time during their treatment, rehabilitation & training until adoption. BRDS prides itself on exercising all avenues of finding adopters for rescue dogs as well as ensuring all dogs are rehabilitated & trained to find the right adoption matches.
Bali Rescue Dog Squad is funded through donations, sponsorships & partnerships. There is no limitation to what BRDS can do when it comes to saving the lives of dogs. Whether they be neglected, abandoned, abused or caught up in the dog meat trade, Bali Rescue Dog Squad will attempt to rescue, rehabilitate & rehome as many dogs as possible.
Rescuetopia
Paws For Change and Bali Rescue Dog Squad have successfully merged in Bali! Their partnership has been in the works for the past few months, and they are excited to bring it to fruition.
This collaboration will allow them to continue their mission of rescuing and rehabilitating dogs in Bali while expanding their efforts to promote animal welfare in the community. We are grateful for their team's hard work and dedication.
Along with this big news, BRDS & PFC have been diligently collaborating on a major project called Rescuetopia Bali that will bring together multiple safe houses and provide a comprehensive rescue effort, providing more space for all our rescue dogs. This partnership will allow them to expand their efforts and make an even greater impact in the community.
